The Dow Jones Industrial Average is climbing Friday afternoon with shares of Travelers and Intel delivering strong returns for the price-weighted average. The Dow

was most recently trading 215 points (0.6%) higher, as shares of Travelers

and Intel

are contributing to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally. Travelers’s shares are up $9.85, or 5.0%, while those of Intel have risen $1.20, or 2.6%, combining for an approximately 73-point bump for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include IBM
IBM,
-2.04%,
Salesforce
CRM,
+0.53%,
and JPMorgan Chase
JPM,
-0.21%.
A $1 move in any one of the 30 components of the benchmark results in a 6.59-point swing.
