Ultra Clean Holdings Chief Operating Officer Vijay Chinnasami will leave the company at the end of the year.
The Hayward, Calif.-based company said a search is under way for Chinnasami’s replacement.
The news comes days after Ultra Clean acquired HIS Innovations Group for $50 million in upfront cash consideration.
