Spirit Airlines and JetBlue Airways said they will appeal a federal judge’s decision to block their $3.8 billion merger over antitrust concerns. Spirit shares jump 13% in after-hours trading.

Microsoft revealed that it was targeted in a cyber attack by the same Russian state-sponsored hacking group involved in the SolarWinds hack of 2020. Shares were down by 0.3% in after-hours trading.
