Logitech International appointed Hanneke Faber as its next chief executive.
The company, which designs and manufactures peripherals for devices including personal computers and tablets, said Faber will take the role on Dec. 1. She joins from Unilever where she led its nutrition business as group president.
Guy Gecht will continue as interim CEO until Faber steps in and will then resume his board responsibilities, said Chairperson Wendy Becker. Former CEO Bracken Darrell resigned in June to become CEO of VF Corp.
